WHY CHOOSE A VILLA RATHER THAN A HOTEL ?

Whilst a hotel can offer resort facilities we believe that a home-from-home environment is far preferable when you visit Florida. Most of our visitors are families and self-catering holiday homes are just far more convenient. You also have the added comforts of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, TV with cable, internet access, TV's in every room, games room private pool etc. Finally, the cost of several hotel rooms for say 2 families (or large groups) is far more expensive than sharing the cost of a large villa like ours


DO I NEED TO BRING TOWELS OR BED LINEN ?

Our holiday villa is fully furnished and includes all towels and bed linen. The villa also has a washer and dryer so you can leave a little room in your cases for all the shopping bargains!


WHY SHOULD I BOOK THE VILLA DIRECT WITH YOU ?

As the villa is privately owned you save money by booking direct. If you booked through a tour operator you would incur additional charges and may have little choice in the villa allocated to you. When you book with us you can see the quality of our villa and facilities through our website.


WHERE IS THE VILLA LOCATED ?

Our villa is just a 2 minutes drive from the I-4 giving excellent access to Orlando's attractions. Disney itself is only a 15 minute drive.


WHAT AMENITIES ARE THERE NEARBY ?

There is a large Publix supermarket just 2 minutes drive away. Also nearby are a 24 hours Walgreens pharmacy and a gas station that has a range of food outlets inside. In addition to these facilities within a 8 minute drive you will find a selection of your favourite eateries and restaurants. You are also near to the magnificent Highlands Reserve golf course. US 192 is only 5 minutes away and has a string of restaurants that lead all the way up to the Disney area. I4 is 5 minutes away which gives you access to the whole of Florida really as this leads past Disney and goes on North or you can head West towards to the Gulf Coast.


HOW DO I BOOK THE VILLA ?

Firstly, visit our Villa request page to see what availability we have. You can then book online. We will then contact you to confirm your reservation.


HOW DO I PAY THE DEPOSIT ?

We accept cheques in sterling or dollars, we also accept credit card and debit card payments online via Paypal.


WHEN IS THE BALANCE OF THE HOLIDAY PAYMENT DUE ?

The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. This will include the security deposit and the cost of pool heating if it is required. Once this payment has been received we will send your final booking confirmation together with full directions and the access codes for the keybox at the villa.


WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT ?

The deposit is £200 / $300 / €300.00 regardless of the length of your stay and is fully refundable within 30 days of when you leave the property assuming there is no damage to the villa. Should loss/damage occur, a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement/repair and the balance returned to you. Minor breakages will not be deductible.


DO I NEED POOL HEATING ?

Pool heating is provided at a charge of £15 per day. However, generally speaking pool heating is not required May to September. If you decide that you would like pool heating during this time this can be arranged at the time of booking. However if you choose not to have pool heat and you change your mind once you are there our management company can arrange this for you and this is payable locally at a daily rate.


WHERE DO I COLLECT THE KEY TO OUR VACATION HOME ?

The key will be available at the villa 24 hours a day so there is no need to worry about collecting the key from an outside agent. Full details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.


WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING MY STAY ?

Our villa is managed by a local management company who operate a 24 hour emergency toll-free number. So if you do encounter a problem there is no need to worry as help is at hand.
